How a summer hustle became our favorite job
We grew up here in Dix Hills. Same little league field. Same diner after games. Same dream — get into a great college without burying our families in debt.
So we started LI Total Junk Removal. The plan was simple: borrow a truck, knock on some doors, work hard, save every dollar. What we didn't expect was how much we'd love it. The neighbors who fed us cookies. The grandma who hugged us when we cleared out her late husband's workshop. The dad who slipped us an extra twenty because his kids saw two locals working hard and he wanted to support that.
Every pickup helps us chase a dream — but more than that, every pickup is a tiny promise to our community. We'll show up on time. We'll be careful. We'll be kind. And when we leave, your driveway will look better than when we got there.
